Help identifying a piece of marching music.
 

Back in the day when I undertook initial training for Northumbria Police at RAF Dishforth our parade ground training and passing out parade was accompanied by the music at the very beginning of this clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSFAp84aU1s

Can any of you knowledgeable folk identify what it is please?

All you really need to remember about marching are these two cadence calls:

Slow march (American quick time)
Left,... Left,... Left, Right, Left
My eyes are bright
My skin is tight
My nuts are swinging
from left to right.
Left,... Left,... Left, Right, Left

Quick march (American double time)
Two old ladies lying in the bed
One rolls over to the other and said
I wanna be an Airborne Ranger
and live a life of sex and danger.

Those marches are funny as hell lol...sorry I never served in the military my one great regret in life now I'm to old and to fat to fly.
