No AI evasion against Sea Lance Torpedo

In the Red Storm Campaign, enemy subs don't seem to recognize when they are attacked with Sea Lance torpedos. No evasion routine, countermeasure, speed or depth change etc.

Stock player subs have no stand-off ASW weapons so likely the AI was never programmed to take them into account.
