Command to Pickup Survivors?

I know this must be listed somewhere but so far I can't find it. Following a attack on a convoy which was also attacked by air, I came across 2 rafts with what appear to be US Sailors. Thanks Gang...

Command to Pickup Survivors?

I didn't word my question very well - I am looking for a command to direct sailors in life rafts to come aboard my sub.
