TSAMs targeting whales in beta
 

Just a report on my observations

I had 4 for 4 TSAMs in recent mission launched at enemies that impacted the water while homing on - whales - that were within 50 ft of the surface.

i watched the TSAM turn off its fired course as if a target was acquired but nothing was there... so looked around as the missile went lower and lower toward the water - impacting about 50 yards short of a blue whale.

same result 4 times on the same whale

Fixed in 1.09c.

stupid question, were you targeting the whale? I've had missiles go off course if I had the wrong contact selected when I fired them.
