Ironman?

I noticed a checkbox in options that says "Disable Ironman" what exactly does that do? I'm guessing it doesn't prevent Tony Stark from spawning in campaign.

Ironman means if you die, it's game over, man. You gotta start the campaign anew or load an old save.

thanks, I think I'll stick with the default mode for now, where you only have a 70% chance of dying on mission.
