Greetings Shipmates!
 

I am new to the forum, and actually new to dedicated sub sims.

I play CMANO often, and am very interested in naval simulations. I am attentive to detail and realism (as close as it can get). I consider sims an opportunity to become educated regarding naval warfare matters in addition to an outstanding form of entertainment.

Along that end, I would like some guidance from you dedicated tin can sailors.

My focus is to learn about current platforms, ordinance, operational systems and tactics/strategies. I appreciate platforms and weapons from the past, but would like to focus on current times. I would like to hear from anyone regarding what sim fits my focus the most?
