haven't played in awhile and now I get an error on start up

As the title says, I am getting "the procedure entry point create_context_shared could not be located in the dynamic link library libcef.dll" as an error on start up. any solutions? would prefer not to uninstall and have to refamiliarize myself on how to get mods working to make this game functional.

UBI forums says reinstalling UPlay will solve the problem.
