Incorrect Lighting

I noticed incorrect lighting in one of my playthroughs.

first
second

The first picture shows U-80 from starbord at 0735 in late March 1941 in the mid Atlantic. U-80 is heading south. That means we are facing east and see the west-facing side of the hull.

The second picture shows U-80 at the same position, same date and time, same heading from port, which means we are facing west and we are looking at the east-facing side of the hull.

You will notice that the hull is considerably brighter on the west-facing side. I believe it should be the other way around. Bug or am I missing something?

I use LSH3 v2015 and Realistic Contacts mods.

I think it's a fake moon light. :)

I'll go with that, to maintain my sanity. For now. Realism through the roof :D
