Problem with the Thomsens audio mod
Hello fellow Kaleuns! I am new here so i first want to say hello! Im from Holland and im 40 years old and really, really really love SH3.
But i have a problem with it. I downloaded Thomsens audio mod V3.2 and using it with the generetic mod enabler. It starts fine, no more "jawohl herr kaleun" wich is great, but when i go to the map section and increase the time and after that i return to the bridge all the sound of engine, wind, weather and so forth is gone. I have to restart SH3 to make the sounds to come back. Anyone more experiencing this bug, or possible there is a solution for this problem? I am using Windows 7 and have more then enough power in my pc so that cant be the problem. I hope someone helps me out here! |
When you want to stop using TC press enter so you enter in 1tc and not 0tc.
If doesint work just go to command room and then in tower should fix it . Sorry for bad English |

What about that:
in my mod list there is also Thomsen sound pack. A few days ago I noticed something strange: Merchant ship sound heard in hydrophone was normal when I first picked up contact. Then when I was closer after some time it changed to sound of a sinking ship :k_confused: Of course ship wasn't attacked by anyone. I also have Merchant Fleet mod. What causes that behaviour? |
WIth stock sound if there is a little bit of wave activity... there is a ship in the stock GWX3... a 4000 ton-class freighter (forget the class name) that always has the sinking/creaking sound to it.

Can a storm sink a ship and change its sound to sound of a sinking ship?
