mouse problem sh3
I use win 7 64bit so I had to use win 7 32bit via a Desktop and Application Virtualization like VMware
Specs i5 6600k 16 gb ram rx470 (ATI) The mouse in any view is horrific. Specifically if you move the mouse, a little to the left, view shifts 50-60 degrees to the left. a little to the right, view shifts 50-60 degrees to the left. Yes, you read correctly. More to the right, view shifts 100 degrees to the right. little to the left, view shifts 50-60 degrees to the right. And so on. a lot to either left or right, view shifts 720 degrees in either direction. little forward, view shifts 300 degrees upward little back, view shifts 300 degrees downwards. I request your help. |
Your mouse DPI is redicoulisly high. It's going to depend on your mouse as to if you can change it.
|
probably, because the label is torn, is this... http://www.konigelectronic.com/fr_be/978360
|
Well it's certainly not DPI as 400 isn't that high. And your mouse can't have it changed like the high-end mice can.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Also, SH3 runs in windows 7 64bit. |
In win 64 it reports "cannot initialize 3d engine"
Thank you for your contribution, at least. Could you clarify on this thread? http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=176708 "Left ctrl make a moves slower left shift make a moves faster" |

@atsimas
Regarding the 3d engine problem see this thread; http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...+initialize+3d also this; http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...33&postcount=6 I recommend running SH in a 64 bit enviroment as this will help when you eventually start using the bigger mods. Hope this helps, and welcome to subsim. Fubar2Niner |
with directx 11, I changed the refresh rate from 59 to 60 hz and it works
(win 7 64). Not only that, but the mouse also works fine. |
Glad you got it sorted shipmate :salute:
