SH3 Commander bug

So, I apply for a transfer to the 7th flotilla, and I get a message "The Base was changed to: (null)." Every time I click okay, it just pops up again and I can't continue. Solutions?

Export your mod list please
Sh3 Cmdr no bug... Probably in your game problems

Just SH3 commander, nothing else. Probably not important. I force closed it with the task manager, reloading to the same before mission time, attempted the transfer again, and it was approved with no problems.

And I want to make it clear, I have absolutely no mods besides SH3 commander. My guess is that my computer just froze at a weird time during loading or something, seems to be a one-time thing.
