Crew picture replacement
 

Hey

i have been searching for a way to replace the crew picture or any in-game picture some how. A friend of mine photoshopped some pictures to add to the game. If some one can guide me in the right direction would be awesome.

If im unclear im talking about the bottom one for SH5 and may be change the picture of Karl Dönitz near the captains captain quarters.
