.50 call machine gun

Asking again. How do I make it so US subs start out in early war with the .50 cal machine gun instead of 20 MM. The readme was not detailed.

Just open the the sub's EQP file, find the gun you want to alter

As an example:
[Equipment 3]
NodeName=M03
LinkName=16inchIowaTriple_USNB <----- Gun Type
StartDate=19380101 <---- Date to start Gun Type
EndDate=19451231 <---- Date to finish Gun Type
