Editing Sub Cost

I am a little dubious of saving up 30K Renown for a type XXI so is there any way to go into a config file and adjusting the cost downward?

I am running the plain vanilla no-mod version of SH III -- I did it once before on my game on my previous computer but appreciate a refresher

Folder showing in the tutorial is V15
Yours will be SH3.

Found the file -- should work-- I will likely amend it when I'm closer to '44 when the XXI appears -- I'm at 2/41 so I have a ways to go lol
