When you complicate ordinary things by yourself but then the unexpected happens
 

One thing for the devs, at some point a MK-16 is fired directly toward the warship in the hope that they would at least do some partial evasion maneuver but the acts like they are just aware that the torpedo is just a dumb torpedo. I mean i would expect them to be at least cautious.
