How many torpedoes does it take to sink a Typhoon?

I was just playing the last mission... Manage to sink the two Sierra's and then I start to shoot at the Typhoon!

I fired four torpedoes which all hit, the sub was resting on the sea floor and yet it was still not dead.

I know that Oscar & Typhoon have a double Hull and can withstand one topedo hit but come on... 4 torpedoes?!? And still not dead?!?

I was have to shoot him 3 times until he sunk, bot 4? Strange.

Probably some sort of bug... But even 3 torpedoes sounds too much.

ну почему же. они были созданы быть непотопляемыми. Вы же не думаете что "Курск" утопила всего лишь одна торпеда мк48?

typhoon,s

they got like 5 internal pressure hulls 2 main one and 3 other smaller ones torpedo room control room and engine room the hull is very think and the inner hulls all 5 of em are Titanium to give you an idea how strong they are a training missile so a SLBM weight 185,000 pounds full of rocket fuel BLEW UP in its silo and basically just blew the cap of the silo hatch they surfaced then dived to put out the fire then resurfaced and sail back to port under its own power Gives you an Idear

if all torpedo hit same hull so lets say right its got a left thats completely separate in cold waters tho its total tonnage so not sure why 4 in my game all double hull subs and especially titanium ones iv boosted tonnage to simulate extra hull strength
