HMS ASTUTE - HYDROPHONE/SONAR
 

Having recently returned to SUBSIM after a 2 year break and a new computer, I found HMS Astute. Yesterday I bit the bullet and hopefully got the Sonar and Hydrophone working.
For anybody interested it was a relatively simple fix. I was using it with TMO 2.5 with training wheels.
To Fix:- I compared the sensor.sim files (S3D) and copied the TMO values into Astute. It now appears to function adequately and now requires some fine tuning of the ranges etc.
It may be as simple as copying the entire TMO sensor.sim file into Astute but I have'nt tried that.

Intel I5 6600, 16gigs DDR4, 250Gig m2 SSD, 500Gig SSD, 64Gig SSD, 700W PSU, NV1080ti
11 Gigs DDR5, water cooled
NB. I can be a PC snob for a little while

Apologies, Hydrophone ceases to function when underwater -OOPs! Anybody have a possible solution, All suggestions greatfully Recieved.
