Ship ID filter by National Flag?

Hi all.
Is it possible to filter by National Flag when using the Ship ID chart?
I am on a new campaign now but yesterday I had a Polish Warship in my periscope crosshairs. I was tracking him while looking through the Ship ID book but no matter how many pages I turned I could not find a single Polish warship?
