Diesel Engine sound bug

Hello to SUBSIM Radio Room!

Have never seen any topic disscusing this problem (Or maybe it only happens to me). So I decided to open a new thread.
First of all I want to say that Im not talking about any mods, because It doesnt matter if you have mods or vanilla.

It's a bug of the main game SH3 with the engine sound. (at surface)
I experience this bug when I play a while with speed, time compression or checking the map.

Situations:

I) I go at constant speed and then pause the game, when I unpause it, there is no sound of engine anymore. (If I change the speed, the sound comes back)

II) When I stay still and do not move, If I pause the game or check the map, the engine sound starts playing... (If I start moving and stop again, then the sound goes off as it should)

Those bugs are really confusing and anoying sometimes, I have experienced it with vanila game and also modded LSH3.

I have played some with the "Submarine_diesel_exterior" and "underwater" but a change of a sound itself doesn't solve the problem.

So is there anyone who knows this bug and how to fix it?:k_confused:

Yes, I have the same bug with diesel engines sound, and I don't know any fix for this. :hmph:

It is a know bug of stock shiii.
I think there is nothing to do.

Pause the game, Alt-tab and go to desktop, then return the game and once you unpause it, problem solved

You just have a few too many (postings) during shoreleave. It's all temporary as you should have noticed by now. Just shave and clean up that lipstick and you'll be fine for duty.
