Hey Mates!

Its been a long time. Finally retired from the Army, divorced the wife, got an Irish girlfriend.....and a ****e laptop.:wah:

a cheap HP-15 that plays SH4 w/TMO/RSRD/Trav mods(runs fine), but when I went back to SH3w/LSH15, I think I bit off more than I can chew. Loading goes on and on....more than 20 min before I shut down. Never gets past loading screen. Tried it with SHCommander and without.
All I'm really looking for is GWX with the new(told you long time) engine and forward rooms.
Also, last I remember their was an E-Boat campaign somewhere.
Anyone redo that?

Oops, sorry! Should have known better about the asterisk thingy....

Irish girlfriend came along, drinks me under the table, demands I spend money on her and not a new laptop!

Having a tough time getting LSH to load. Read the manuals, did the steam fix, run thru commander, 4gb patch, etc...

Laptop is only a 1.6 ghz. Just not enough, I'm afraid. Waiting to start the training and it's going on 20min.

Just don't use LSH, CCoM or WAC supermods if you're laptop is low specs. Try NYGM for realism, or GWX for eye candy.

Kendras talk good.. NYGM sure... and gwx but no so much modded

but which specify of your laptop?

Is the mod where you can see the forward torpedo room and the engines running, been done for either GWX or NYGM?

Such a mod can be installed with any supermod.
