XLS for Android
 

Quick simple question: does anyone know a recommendable xls-editor for Android?

I had WPS, but they went overkill with their latest rights demands, and Polaris time and again cripples the two excel sheets I want this editor for.

Google seems to have an XLS tool, so do Microsoft, but both forbid themselves with their intrusive business models. I would not mind to pay a one-time fee of 2-3 Euros - but no yearly subscription. A free program is acceptable only as long as the needed rights are within reasonable limits.

I need no special things and gimmicks, just a simple, reliable cell editor that can use xls or comparable formats. Just a passive viewer is not enough.

Got info on PlanMaker Mobile Free. Its free, it has no adverts, and it wants almost no rights, and the thing works wonderfully and has a nice, easy-to-get interface. Excellent!
