SH4 v1.5 Gold Run Without DVD
 

I have been running SH4 v1.4 with TMO and RSRD mods. Stopped playing for as few years now returning. reading this forum persuaded me to buy V1.5 in the Gold edition. I have it installed now but it seems to need the DVD to run. I did not need the disk with previous version. How can i fix this? Also where can I see that the V1.5 picks up the previous mods I had to V1.4? or, do I need to do these mods all over again. Thanks for the help.

The v1.5 is all-inclusive, as far as it goes... You should NOT need the disk. How are you starting the game? If you're using a short-cut, do you know what executable it's "pointing" at?

your game is corrupted because you didn't uninstall all mods before adding v1.5 or they didn't uninstall correctly.

uninstall the game, go in and manually remove any and all remaining files left on your computer including saved games and such in the documents files. then reinstall the game and it will work.
