gato texture mistake help
 

The deck of all classes of "gato design" (tambor gato balao tench) have a problem in my installation: the deck is full of bollards rings. That s dont affect the early older classes like p class or sargo.
What happened? Also without mods and also if i reinstall the gane is ever so. The deck is full of bollards rings, and they are mistaked, everywhere. What happened? Pleade help

When you've re-installed, did you delete your save folder, whether "My Documents / SH4", or whatever you named it (them), if using MultiSH? Get rid of your save folders and try again. We've found with all the installing / re-installing of the FotRSU mod, that if you leave behind one little thing, it spoils the whole mix, and you are forever finding the issue... Also, I can't say enough good about Rockin Robbin's SH4 CMS and CapnScurvy's Win10 LAA SH4 Install. RR's utility will save you all sorts of time in the future, and CapnScurvy's [TEC] has all sorts of detail for the Windows user. Good stuff.

Yes the save game are been deleted. Maybe a directx problem? Or my ubm install is corrupted?

Did you delete the save folder prior to the re-install? If you didn't, the install may well see that the folder is there, and then leave it. You go and delete it afterwards, and the game will re-create it, but with the bad data still.

But something is strange... of course, "strange" surrounds us everyday in our lives... :lol: I would think that if it's a DirectX thing, you would have more symptoms than just a few boats. Are you using an original disk (or good copy) for the install, or do you have a downloaded version? If a download, and you can, I'd try a new download of the install (archive it after the download).

I know for sure that mine uboot mission download install is corrupted...while sh4 ibstall (downloaded) seems fine. The problem is that by sometime is difficult find a gokd ubm download torrent. I ll try to find a new one. And i ll try to see how the affected boats work without ubm and let you know later. Thank you

I would definitely recommend ~against~ using a torrent download. Usually not legal with a package like the v1.5 Uboats missions. I don't know if you can purchase on the US Amazon site from Italy, but it's only $10US (whatever the exchange would be to your currency), and is a download, and 100% legal... Silent Hunter 4 Uboat Missions Download. I can no longer help you with this issue, unless you get legitimate software.

Ahah i see. Btw whatever version i install, it s the same. Since i dont format my pc by 3 years i guess there s some mistake with video drivers. Anycase bye :)
