New to SUBSIM
I found my way to SUBSIM thru the Newegg.com software website. I read a review on the Silent Hunter 5 download, which pointed me here. I am looking for an action packed submarine or naval battle PC program (disk, not download) that I can play offline on my Windows 10 op system.
Any help or suggestions here would be greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to spending some quality time here. Thanks, Submac :salute: |

Hey COB, Glad to meet you :salute: Boy! I will never forget the COB on the Trutta (SS421). He helped me thru a very tough year of Sub Quals and inspired me to be a good submarine sailor.

We are happy to have you aboard Submac. :salute: You mentioned suggestions regarding the simulations. Although I'm not all that familiar with Windows 10, the Silent Hunter series, especially 3-5 have " Mega mods " that enhance the experience. For example. Silent Hunter 3 with " GWX Gold " in addition to other gameplay " mods " adds another dimension to the simulation.

I play both SH3 and 4 from disc on Windows 10 with no problems at all. Welcome aboard :)
