no crew on los angeles

I downloaded the sub "los angeles for RFB + RSRDC" for my sh4. I tried the sub but I can't move or dive or do anything. I found out why because I have no crewman on board. Why is this?

If you want to ride an LA class, try Dangerous Waters.
In multiplayer, however, you are then with this obsolete thing totally in the ass ... even a German type 206 SS improved impacted easily so nen thing.

Are you using RFB and RSRDC with it? If not that's your problem, that particular version was designed for those mods.
