FIXED Paddle tug (now can be damaged)
 

Hi everyone!
This is a small fix for this unit:

I've found a little bug, when ship was hit from bullets or torpedoes, she didn't show any visual damage.
Adjusting .val file, i've solved; voilà fixed version:

Also fix a little asimmetry in paddle wheels' wakes.
