Where does SH5 store it's Resolution settings?

I read somewhere that to get SH5 to not run fullscreen, you have to set your resolution to just a little smaller than your desktop. But I don't know where the game saves this info. I have looked in user/appdata; program data; install folder; and the registry...

Think maybe Documents/sh5 where the save game files live.
