Silent Hunter III Mouse/keyboard input lag
 

Hello, I am experiencing weird input lag. And it's not FPS fault. I noticed in external camera arrow keys don't work smoothly when I press for example arrow up it doesn't work or it does work but delayed. Same with time compression when I press + it doesn't work all the time, sometimes I need to press like 5 times to change something I noticed what when I hold buttons its okay.
Any ideas?
