CTD when loading savegame in sub base (WoS MOD)
- Experienced modding user.
- Rookie Kaleun - Game is at 1.2.0 - Ex-Steam Version ported to UBI - Checked every point - No unsupported mods, just some sound improvements. - SITUATION: Just ended my first patrol after the Sept '39 operation in the Baltic. As I docked my sub in the Keel base, I saved my game and left it for a while. When I came back and loaded my game, I had a terrible CTD. Thinking it was related to a corrupted save, I reloaded my previous one. Nothing changed, another weird CTD, never happened before. Went to check FAQs once again. No solution apparently. EDITED ON THE BOTTOM PAGE. |

EDIT
Possible fix found:
CTD was caused by the so called "faulty" unit, a friendly u-boat stuck on a wall after the fast timelapse brought by the docking procedure. Solution: Reducing graphic settings (environmental) & changing compatibility options to recommended (Windows 7). New patrol started well. Arr:Kaleun_Salute: KF |

Misplaced units in ports are quite common but I have never had any CTDs related to this... Quote:

How about to post your modlist (extracted with JSGME)? Generic Patcher, all went OK there? |

WoS WoS Update 3b WoS Real Navigation WoS Encrypted Bdu orders WoS Wind & Smoke addon Additional mods: Various data copy & paste for sounds, german flags, binocular bearings and capt. face restore. The patched met a lot of issues, only two folders were correctly patched. Problems seems to be gone now, I'm sailing away from Keel right now. |

Before I docked there was a Polish merch taking a beating from a German destroyer, right outside Keel O.o |
