Problem with Donations
 

Tried twice using PayPal to make a $10 Donation and it wouldn't work :(

Tried it again. Still no luck. :(

Please show screenshots with Social Security number, address, bank account numbers, etc.

That might be a Neal question. Are you using a Subsim link to do the donation?

Yes, using link in top right corner of the forum. Trying to get the $10 option. Pay Pal keeps saying it didn't work and go back to the place where I tried to buy and do it again. Nothing in E-Mail saying my purchase was completed.

Is Neal in charge of subscriptions? Can you give me contact info?

Tried it again using $5 option. Still no go. :(

Hey Deputy, send me a PM. We get donations from members using PP, usually no problem. PM me and lets see if we can solve this.

I PMed him and he suggested it may be my browser (SlimJet). It's a version of Chrome.
Tried using Internet Explorer. Same problem. I may just have to send a payment via an e-mail address in PayPal. Only thing I can think of. I wonder if it's just me or a problem with the Subsim system? I can sign into PayPal no problem.

Good news! Neal said I could use an e-mail address to make a donation. I took the Captain level until I see how my downloading works out. Thanks for all the advice. I appreciate it. :up:
