A sub that cannot fire torpedoes
 

So this will be my 3rd re-installation of this game. After hours of hunting i finally get a ship in my attack periscope, line it up. fire torpedo and boom straight to crash to desktop. i am running wolves of steel 1.06 with patch to number 2. wind and smoke add on with nothing else. it seems that my first mission after i start a new campain i can fire torpedos just fine. 2nd is always ctd. any help because it gets pretty boring restarting campaigns. thanks!

I have the exact same problem.

It's probably your game / mod installation...check install instructions once again try to track down what did you do wrong...There are no such issues in properly modded SH5...
