How to maintain depth below 180 meters?
It seems you cannot go below 180 meters or so without becoming negatively buoyant and sinking at speeds below ahead 2/3. Doing so gets you detected, so I have just been avoiding depths below 180 meters.
What is the trick to depth maintenance below 180 meters? Just blow some compressed air? If I blow and rise, then drop below 180 again, will I stay neutrally buoyant? Steve |
Did you give the chief the order to work on the pumps ?

No, how do you do that?

So from the video it appears it is possible to maintain depth at extreme depth.
I don't want to micro-manage this behavior - my chief should be doing it. Is there a way to undo this behavior with a mod? Steve |
Well, I did it last night - manually set the dive planes to maintain depth while at silent speed at 194 meters. It works.
I don't know why I have to hold the chief's hand at depths greater than 180 meters though. Steve |
