Notice it has two 1s in it, flanking the 3. They are a pair. They are 2.
That's the first secret key: 2.
1+2+3+4 = 10 and using the key to unlock the First Circle you get 2*10=20.

Why were those 1s around 3? Because you must add the 2 to 3 to get the final missing key 5.
Now you have all the keys:
1+2+3+4+5 = 15.
15+20 = 35
Add 35 to 1314 and you get 1349

1349 was when the Black Death came to Norway.
