Where is Time Compression values stored

I see the values in the Main CFG file. But don't see any values searching in any of the 9 files in the GenericPatcher. Is there any other game files. TIA

There are two main.cfg files.
Silent Hunter 5\data\Cfg
C:\Users\"Your computer profile name here"\Documents\SH5\data\cfg

Change the main.cfg in the documents folder to your own liking is the way to go.
Certain time compression settings can be changed in the option file viewer editor by TDW. This option file viewer was part of TDW's New UIs for TDC. TDW (The Dark Wraith) also did the generic patcher.
