Chart Grid References
 

Afternoon all,

I've recently installed GWX 3.0......and very nice it is too, but I have a problem I can't resolve. I keep getting radio messages directing me to places identified by grid reference only - and I can't find any way of either taking my present position in these terms or of finding the desired location. My chart shows the standard grid (eg AM19), but this isn't much help when the message refers to 15 degrees, 36 minutes W, 20degrees, 45 minutes N.

I've read the GWX manual, can't find an answer - can anyone help?

Just for information purposes, the messages using Lat & Long are real messages from WWII, and are included in the game for immersion purposes only. In other words, don't count on something actually being there.
