Editing Sub Systems Names

I'm in the process of creating a small mod to translate the Sub Systems tabs and items from German to English in the TWoS megamod, and I can't seem to find where to change the final tab (Externe Ausrustung/External Equipment). All but this sneaky bugger seem to be in the /Submarine/.../...upcge files. Anyone happen to know where it's hidden? Thanks!

How is the mod to translate the Sub Systems tabs and items from German to English in the TWoS megamod going ?
Any Luck yet ? Would sure like to see my Sub Systems in English.
