What is RA?

Sorry to start a new topic, but I am looking for details on this mod. Can't find any. I got DW about 2 weeks ago and have been enjoying it so far. Want to enhance the experience. Thanks.

Speaking of RA, any where I can DL the mod besides the developers website? The zip is DLing super slow is and my connection is reliably fast. Just wondering!
