please help, boat wont move on serface, NOT a dummy
 

I can move underwater. all in ship are rested. when surfaced full rested crew in engine room, 2 crew and 1 officer mechanics, bar 100% . orders for speed forward show by crew. boat don't move. no damage to sub. 50 meters under hull. tried to rock it between forward and back. no good. dove and surfaced 3 times, no good. exited and came back. no good. All 3 officers on bridge, 1 in engine rm and 1 on watch. please advise as I can't play till fixed. :wah:

If I'm understanding you right. You only have 2 crew in the compartment? That's definitely not enough people. Fill the compartment with people. Make it full.

no, 2 mech and a mech officer and then full of crew, green bar full as is compartment

Malfunctions & Sabotage checked? Fuel state?

"Rockin' back and forward" is to counter the diesel will not start bug - by switching to reverse and then back to ahead?

I switched from forward to reverse, various speeds and various time length. no use :wah:

Pardon me for asking the silliest question, but it's just to rule it out once and for all:

You say the boat runs fine under water but not on the surface. Question: Do you have the guys in the diesel engine compartment when on the surface and not in the electric motor compartment?

(again, sorry for asking this, it's just to rule it out)

And what about Malfunctions and Sabotage? Do you run SH3 Commander?

And do you have fuel?

Is the boat completely surfaced?

Do you run any modifications? Did you tinker with some files yourself?

on the surface, got fuel. no mods, got crew

I have no further idea what may cause your trouble.
