Mini Mod Use Question

I'll get right to it:

I'm running the 'Crew Rank Fix' minimod, and I want to also use the 'Bow Deck Gun by Default' mod. When I use JSGME to enable it, I get a notification saying files are already modified by 'Crew Rank Fix'.

"NSS_Gar.upc" has already been altered by the "Crew Rank Fix" mod.
"NSS_Gato.upc" has already been altered by the "Crew Rank Fix" mod.
"NSS_Porpoise.upc" has already been altered by the "Crew Rank Fix" mod.
"NSS_Salmon.upc" has already been altered by the "Crew Rank Fix" mod.
"NSS_Sargo.upc" has already been altered by the "Crew Rank Fix" mod.
"NSS_Tambor.upc" has already been altered by the "Crew Rank Fix" mod.

Can I run both mods simultaneously, or will one override the other?

The second one will override the first one.

You should be able to fix it if you really want to.
Open a clean copy of NSS_Gar.upc from stock. It should open in Notepad, I think.
Open NSS_Gar.upc from Crew Rank Fix.
Open NSS_Gar.upc from Bow Deck Gun by Default.

Compare the file from Crew Rank Fix to the clean version. Figure out what has been changed.
Compare the file from Bow Deck Gun by Default to the clean version. Figure out what has been changed.

Make both sets of changes to a clean copy of a clean copy of NSS_Gar.upc. Save that somewhere. Repeat for each of the other files. Now package them up for JSGME. You may need to include other files, if the mods include them.

Standard disclaimers apply. Make backups, know what you're doing, warranty void if tamper-proof seal is broken, do not drive or operate heavy machinery while modding files, call your doctor if swelling persists, not for internal use, product will be hot after heating.
