What's gone wrong?

Not only was I stopped frpm downloading (having gone over the limit, after one D/L) earlier today. I just tried again and attempted to D/L a mod as a trial but on the page to download I see only 'Navigation' not 'Download'

I joined SubSim in 2008 and have jusrt returned. Whatr is ha[ppening? :/\\!!http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/images/icons/icon8.png

Server fees add up. I think it was mentioned that it cost several hundred dollars a quarter to maintain the site due to the bandwidth limitations. Downloading uses a lot more bandwidth then just the occasional thread posting, hence the downloading limitation. Contribution/donations are not a forever thing for the smaller ones (not sure about the larger contributions) but a $5.00 donation for six months access to the download increase is really a small price to pay but it only last 6 months then you have to renew it, presumably with another small $5.00 donation if you so choose. I'd much rather pay a periodic donation than put up with obnoxious popup advertisements that are a source of malware on other sites.

Hope this explanation helps.

Having just returned to subsim I previously made two donations enabling the Bonus mods etc.
