SUBSIM Radio Room Forums - For the sake of god, i do not have a home port?

I started my game on 11. Flottila (because they get XXI) 1943 with an VIIC. The home port is supposed to be Bergen. So after i picked my flottila i was brought to the career start menu. I can look at the upgrade shop, also the "uboat" desk, the lowest one and the Log desk too. But since i start out with 500 renown i cant buy anything useful, so i started the game. Then i spawned left of Africa under Brest i think. I always spawn there when i start the game, no matter what flottila or anything i choose. I started my first patrol, sank one trade ship, downed 4 bombers with the light flak, completed the two missions (go to bf42, patrol 24 hours there) and finally returned to Bergen. It said "Return to Base: Bergen" So i returned there, docked and came to the career menu. 1024 renown. So when i tried to go to the upgrade shop like at the start of the game i couldnt because i hovered my mouse to it but it didnt light and i couldnt click it. Same with the Log thing desk. The only thing i could click was my crew shop where you can recruit or sell members and the Options desk. Now i started my 2th Patrol. I had no missions either, showing patrol : NULL. missions log was empty either so no missions. Hunted, sank, then returned to bergen, same thing happened. cant go to shops, then i tried docking at both of the norway ports, same thing. but it still said "Return to Base: Bergen". I have no clue. So i cant buy upgrades or new Uboats and im stuck with the VIIC with no upgrades forever till the end of the game? This sucks if its true.
