TWOS 1.05 - Graphic Issues - officer wounded - at gamestart
 

i ve reinstalled the game fresh. and this time with a clean SH 5 version without steam.

followed step by step tutorial

than updated to no8
added wind & smoke
& german update v15

menue etc all loaded fine. untill i arrived in the game.

mission giver officer appears "Wounded"
and his co officer which gives you the technican updates.

did you patch the game to v1.2 ?

looks like your options file is broken.

I would un-install all mods, re-install and go through the setup again for TWOS

This german version v.15 is not from the org modder Kobiwaldi and the creater of this version gave the info´s about a beta version.

Try to play the game without ANY german mods and look if all works fine.

When all is working fine then you know only TWoS 1.05 + update 0.7 with german mod v.14 is playable in german at the moment.


BTW i play TWoS 1.05 with update 0.9 in english and the game works great and the gamplay felling is awesome.

Sure, with a german language mod it would be perfect but Kobiwaldi seems offline at the moment and there are also some bugs in v.14 need to be fixed. So at the moment i decide to play the game in eng.:salute:

If Germany actually won the the war we would now play/mod Liberty ship simulation with German Menu.txt and English voices...:O:

thanks. that was painful i had to reinstall the whole game. that ger update 15 messed up everything. i couldnt even re enable any wolves mods. i still kept getting messed up menues.

the regular sh5 version works so much smoother with that 1.05 mod.
steam was way more laggy.

any idea when they will add german update for update 09?

Hopefully soon... like I said: If someone will instruct me I will help to translate :D
