cant get sh5 to play now
 

trying to get sobers mega mod up and running in my game.... thought i had it but now i get to the menu screen load a game or start a new one it loads and then kicks me out back to the uplay screen....i even unistalled all the mods still no luck any advice???? short of uninstalling and reinstalling the game and doing all the work all over again.:hmmm:


p.s. been working on getting this mega mod going in my game for a week now. any help with that would be great but first get the game working again then worry bout the mod.

No idea , the mega mod works . I just started new careers multiple times .
You watched all my instruction videos on post #1 of my mega mod thread .
You have the game patched to 1.2 ?
You have the exe patcher enabled and patched using the patches snapshot ? as per my video
You have all the mods enabled using the mod enabler Tasks/load mod list ? as per my video
You checked all the mods are loaded correctly using the mod validator ? as per my video
You went to your SH5 folder in my documents and adjusted as per the video .
I hope you can figure it out . cheers .

If you new to SH5 > Have you updated your game version to v1.2?

before enable any mods or apply tdw's patcher read here

There you have it , the best 2.5 people on Subsim to give advise on installing the mega mods .

I know the mega mod works....i did something wrong cant figure out what guess i will try again..... new to this as you can see new to modding also

Thank you for the warm welcome Berbster....also figured out what i did wrong thanks to your tutorials....time to listen to the pros doing a fresh and clean install and start small.... and read the instructions this time thats what you guys put them there for!

ran into a small snafu trying to backup my main files....

i can't find sh5.exe....when i do a search in my computer the only thing is the application file? is this it?


my game is the amazon download....could this be the problem...
