WoS CTD
 

Installed SH5 through Uplay and Installed WoS and it crashes to desktop as soon as I start a Campaign.:/\\!!

Not sure what is going on.

Sorted. A nice chap on the facebook group helped me out last night..

Ubi were too lazy to pre patch their game when downloading from Uplay. manually updated to 1.2 and all is good. Just need to fix my UI with SH3 style interface and I will be ready to hunt.:arrgh!:

Make sure you follow the installations steps. It took me a week to get the mod working but i just played if for 3 days without a single ctd.

Seems to be working fine now. Just need to learn how to play as all the keys are different to SH3 and it seems to play veryt differently too.

Take care about saving game instructions in TWOS thread, or you'll experience more CTD in future ;)

Oh - and NEVER save a game with any friendly kills as i found yesterday (the save will not load anymore).
Neutral kills are ok..

Usually, people do not shoot at friendlies...:D

Your game will not freeze if that was what you mean but it is certainly not OK...You will be penalized with negative renown and rating points. Rating points are very important for new sub offers for example...:yep:

Yep, that's what i ment, everything but CTD is part of my living TWOS :-)
