Is it compatible with Dyn Env 2.9 ?

I'd like to know as well... TWoS compatible? Also, TWoS (which may actually include DynEnv) changes water color based on your location, at least that's been my experience. Does this do the same?

Is this not available to the community yet? W_Clear's items have escapist links. Just trying to get a bit of clarification on this. Also, is this available only with Wolves of Steel mod?
