Follow target lock problem

HI,

"Follow target" pressed icon from sound guy
Can't get it to stop following that target even though I unlock
"Follow target" and lock on (space) to another target, and hit the "Follow target" icon again,
it snaps back to the first target... tried different targets many times but it will not release the first target.

I'm using TWoS mods.
Running Historical missions.

Any ideas?
