Question: How to acess the equpment availibility screen?
 

I once ran across a screen that charted new equipment and sub availability dates during careers

I can't seem to locate it now. Looked all over. Anyone know how to bring this screen up?
SH III-1.4 version-no mods yet.

All of the charts that I've seen like that have been from mods. Are you sure it was there in game without mods?

I have been looking all over trying to locate that screen.
It was the ? icon on the equipment screen.

I've seen that screen too. I play stock these days, yet, I used to have the Commander mod when I palyed in the past.
Is the screen a part of the Commander mod?
