Medal Text TMO
 

I've just completed my first patrol with the training wheel version of TMO and I was awarded a medal. In the medal citiation there are two patrol mentioned, but it was only one. Also when I look in the Captain's Log there is only one patrol mentioned.
Is there something wrong with the text/medal citiation?
I saved the game after completing my mission, because i wanted to try if it would be enough to be awarded a medal, but it wasn't. So I loaded the old save game and deleted the ones after it and went on with my patrol. Did this mess up my game? Doesn't make sense to me.

I play with a completely different mod set-up and have the same issue. I just figured it was part of the game. Every medal I get is for the number of patrols I have been on plus one.

Same thing here, but I bet it's because they give it to you after the patrol when docked which the game considers as the beginning of your next patrol.

It may be something in the patrol counter logic. Notice that when you are given a new boat and earn a medal on the next patrol, the counter continues to increment by one, instead of resetting for the new boat. The text says "this boat", but it really counts all patrols in all boats. Not hard to just get over and ignore, really.

That's good to know. I'm relieved that my game isn't messed up and it's just a minor bug which I can perfectly live with. Thanks for your replies guys.

The patrol log is just generally glitchy. Don't worry about it. *You* know what you did and that's what's important.
