SH3 Commander no options showing up

just installed sh3 gwx and commander. it see's my new career but the interface won't show anything at the bottom such as options or about or the icon to enable changes . all icons that show as blue in the users guide dont appear on mine . any advice would be appreciated as i'm new to these mods.

Working fine now , it turns out my screen resolution setting didnt show the options in blue. A higher setting makes them visible. Thank you all for your replies.Good hunting

Did you start your game through SH3Commander?
Both GWX and SH3Commander have excellent manuals.
Did you follow the installation instructions correctly?
IIRC you have to do the SH3 tutorial first.

Using commander 3.2 it was a seperate download was not contained in the gwx mods
