Poland co-responsible for WW2 apparently...According to Russia!

Just read this news story and it's like "okay...that's a new spin on History"

Sounds like the backstabber blaming the victim. Poland's only culpability was the geographical misfortune of being stuck between two totalitarian madmen.

Poland did provoke them by being there, DDDDD :stare:

The argument was actually regarding Poland blocking USSR-Western Allies alliance pre 1941. If that alliance did happen in 1939, Poland would not have been occupied.

Taking the history of Polish-Russian relations it's safe to say beign an ambasador to Poland is more like a punishment than asignment.

He's a Russian and no doubt spouting out what his masters decree so it must be true.

The ambassador also justified the Soviet invasion of
Poland, after Hitler and Stalin secretly agreed to
divide up the country between them, as necessary
to "guarantee the security of the Soviet Union".
Heard that one before. :O:

Sadly this is not entirely true, we have a sad lack of coordination when making various statements. Nor are those statements are always relevant to the actual intentions and policies. In this respect we are fairly byzantine:
- Do not say what you think.
- Do not do what you say.
